Scripture Focus

1After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.
2And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.
Revelation 4:1-2

Biblical Context

John sees a door open in heaven and is invited to ascend. He is instantly in the Spirit and beholds a throne with One seated on it.

Neville's Inner Vision

I tell you, the door in heaven is not a distance but a doorway in your own consciousness. When you hear 'Come up hither' as the trumpet of imagination, you rise by assuming you are already where you wish to be. The first voice is the call of your true self, inviting you to shift from limitation to the I AM that sits on the throne of awareness. The throne is not a marble chair in some distant realm; it is the stable state of presence in which you rule your thoughts, feelings, and choices with calm authority. 'In the spirit' means you align with the eternal you that never changes, not with transient appearances. As you dwell from that state, the sense of separation between you and God dissolves; you see the world as the outward effect of your inward decree. This is prophecy fulfilled in the present: your inner king becomes your outer life, and your wakeful dawn is the moment you acknowledge, here and now, that you reign.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume you are already seated on the throne of your mind; feel the seat beneath you, breathe as the I AM, and hear the call 'Come up hither' as your impulse to rise.
