Alpha Omega Within: Water of Life

Revelation 21:6-7 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Revelation 21 in context

Scripture Focus

6And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
7He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
Revelation 21:6-7

Biblical Context

God has completed the work. The thirsty are granted freely the water of life, and the overcomer inherits all things and becomes God's son.

Neville's Inner Vision

Within the Neville lens, it is done is not history but your present state of awareness. I am Alpha and Omega expresses that your entire universe begins and ends in your own consciousness. The water of life freely given to the athirst is the flow of living awareness that you access the moment you realize you are the I AM, the witness that does not lack, does not fear, and does not wait for permission. When you say I will give unto him that is athirst, you are affirming your own inner appetite for truth, and the fountain appears as your own vivid sense of life rising within. The promise to the overcomer shall inherit all things means that every inner possession, every right relation, and every creative capacity belongs to you as you persist in the feeling that you are already the son of God, and God is your God in the most intimate sense. This is the covenant kept by your loyalty to your inner state, the grace and favor you claim by assumption, revision, and felt experience.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: Sit quietly, declare I AM, feel the fountain of life rising in you, and dwell in the sense that you already inherit all things.
