Revelation 21:10

Biblical Context

The vision describes a transport of consciousness to a high mountain where a holy city descends from heaven. It presents inner holiness as the reality of mind rather than a place on earth.

Neville's Inner Vision

Listen, dear reader: the vision speaks to the shift of your entire being. The man carried away in spirit to a great high mountain is not propelled through space but lifted into a higher state of awareness. The 'holy Jerusalem' is the city you become when your thoughts align with God, a state descending from heaven into your daily life. In this reading, God is the I AM—your ongoing awareness—that births this city through the power of imagination. The mountain is a new vantage point of consciousness, a place where you stand free from lower reactions and behold the Kingdom of God as order, integrity, and beauty within. Separation is not distance from others but disengagement from a mind that forgets its origin in Spirit. Dwelling in the feeling of your I AM, you notice the city rising within, guiding choices, relationships, and health to harmonize with divine order. To see is to become; the Jerusalem you witness is already yours, descending from God as your inner reality.

Practice This Now

Imaginative Act: Close your eyes, assume you are already in that high mountain, and feel the holy Jerusalem within guiding your next choice.
