Scripture Focus

11He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.
Revelation 2:11

Biblical Context

The verse invites you to hear the Spirit within your soul. It promises immunity for the overcomer against the second death.

Neville's Inner Vision

To hear is to awaken to your higher state, the I AM that never sleeps. The Spirit speaks not to distant churches, but to the you behind your ordinary thoughts. The 'second death' is the old self’s ending—fear, habit, and contraction—passing away as you honor the inner reality that you are the living God within. Overcoming is not a conquest by force but a steadfast remembrance: you are the consciousness that cannot die. When you listen and consent to that inner message, you fix a new image in the mind and feel it as real now. Your outer world will respond to that inner victory, not by proving you perfect but by shifting appearances to reflect the enduring life within. You remain untouched by the second death because your identity rests in Spirit, not in form; thus the promise is kept: immunity through inner awakening.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and affirm quietly, 'I AM that I AM.' Listen for the Spirit within, and revise any fear of the old self dying by sinking into the certainty that your consciousness cannot die; feel this truth as real now.
