Read Revelation 16 in context

Scripture Focus

7And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.
Revelation 16:7

Biblical Context

The verse presents a voice from the altar affirming that God’s judgments are true and righteous. It points to inner alignment between awareness and action.

Neville's Inner Vision

From the inner altar of my awareness, I hear a clear proclamation: the judgments of God are not out there to punish me, but are the precise arrangements by which my life aligns with truth. In Neville’s terms, the events of my world are the outer fruits of inner states; this verse tells me that when I acknowledge the altar’s verdict—truth and righteousness are what I am choosing in my consciousness—the outer form must reflect that alignment. The word 'judgments' speaks of discernment, of the inner yes or no I give to my thoughts, feelings, and actions. To hear it as outside punishment would deny the inward law of belief; to hear it as inward guidance is to accept responsibility and sovereignty. Thus the altar is not placating a distant deity but awaking in me the conviction that I am the I AM, the source of every result. When I embrace that my inner judgments are true and righteous, I permit the world to reproduce that state as harmony, justice, and holiness in my experience.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes, declare: I AM true, I AM righteous in all my judgments now. Then feel the interior altar confirming it, and let that certainty color your next thoughts and actions.
