Inner Judgment And Blood To Drink

Revelation 16:6 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Revelation 16 in context

Scripture Focus

6For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.
Revelation 16:6

Biblical Context

The verse declares that those who harmed saints and prophets are deemed worthy, receiving the very consequence they have inflicted. It frames judgment as a function of consequence tied to acts of violence against the sacred.

Neville's Inner Vision

Within this vision, the 'they' are parts of your own consciousness, the tendencies that harmed what you hold sacred—the saints and prophets of your inner life. The blood they shed is the energy of fear, judgment, and separation you have invested in the world. If you observe the outer scene with condemnation, you are merely witnessing a state you have accepted as real. The line 'they are worthy to drink' is the law of consciousness: you supply the drink by your belief in punishment. As the I AM, you can revise that belief. See yourself choosing mercy, healing, and understanding as the currency of your life. When you make that inner posture true, the old appearances fall away and your world becomes a reflection of your new state—justice expressed as wholeness, not vengeance. The drama invites you to awaken to a higher sovereignty of your being.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: Close your eyes and declare, 'I am the I AM; I revise this scene now.' See the scene transform: the 'blood' becomes living water, mercy flowing to all. Feel the reality of the new state as if it is done.
