Scripture Focus

6And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
7Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
8And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
9And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
Revelation 14:6-9

Biblical Context

An angel proclaims the everlasting gospel to all, calls for reverence to the Creator, declares judgment is near, warns against false worship, and signals the fall of Babylon.

Neville's Inner Vision

In this vision, the angels are inner states of consciousness, and the gospel is a realization that God, the I AM, lives in and as you. The loud call to fear God and give Him glory is not fear of punishment but the rising awareness that all power and glory originate in your own awareness. The hour of judgment is the moment you cease identifying with the old image of yourself and turn to the one self that ordained heaven and earth within. Babylon's fall signals the collapse of the false beliefs that separate you from the truth of your unity with the Creator; the wine of her fornication is the intoxicating stories of lack, limitation, and condemnation you once drank. The warning about worshiping the beast and his image points to the danger of fixing your mind on external forms—the social masks, routines, and worldly symbols that pretend to define you. When you insist on your I AM, the old alignments crumble, and you are free to worship the Source that made all.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume the feeling: I am the God who made heaven and earth, now conscious as my own awareness. Let the belief that 'Babylon' has power fall away as you hold this truth.
