Harvest of the Inner Earth

Revelation 14:15 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Revelation 14 in context

Scripture Focus

15And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.
Revelation 14:15

Biblical Context

The verse presents an inner messenger urging the reaping; the ripe harvest signals that the fruits of one's inner states are ready to manifest in daily life.

Neville's Inner Vision

In Neville's reading, the temple is the sanctuary of awareness, and the angel within is the I AM urging you to act in imagination. The cry to thrust in thy sickle and reap is a directive to cut away doubt and old images, harvesting the fruit you have already planted by imagining a desired state. The harvest being ripe indicates that the conditions you have visualized are ready to express as experience. The time is come means your present assumption—felt as if it is true now— is becoming perception. You are both sower and field: by maintaining a steady feeling of the wish fulfilled, you bring forth the outward world that mirrors your inward state. The outer scene is a faithful symbol of a mature inner state, and your job is to align thought, feeling, and imagination until what you have imagined appears as witnessed reality.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and say I AM the harvest I seek is mine now. Then vividly visualize reaping the fruit of your wish in the field of your life and feel it as present reality.
