Biblical Context
Revelation 13:2 presents a beast comprised of leopard, bear, and lion features, energized by a dragon—the inner beliefs that grant it power. The passage points to an inner kingdom governed by consciousness, not external force.
Neville's Inner Vision
In this vision, the beast is not a distant tyrant but a portrait of your own inner life. The leopard’s speed, the bear’s force, the lion’s fierceness are the blended faculties you carry as a single consciousness. The dragon that gives it power, throne, and authority stands for your habitual beliefs—fear, pride, and attachment—that grant a seat to that ruling image. When you identify with this composite, you become the audience and the actor of a drama you have already rehearsed. The Kingdom of God is not a place out there but the order of your inner rulership. To change any outward appearance, you do not battle the beast; you awaken the sovereign I AM, the watcher who declares, ‘I am the ruler here.’ By refusing to feed the beast with thoughts of limitation and by feeding the I AM with quiet assurance, you revoke the dragon’s lease and reallocate power to the true king within. The beast’s authority dissolves as you sustain this realization, and a new scene manifests from this altered inner state.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume the I AM seated on the throne of your heart; say softly, 'I am the ruler of this inner kingdom.' Then revise any fear-based belief into its opposite with feeling it real.
