Heavenly Place Vanished: Inner Victory
Revelation 12:8 - A Neville Goddard interpretation
Read Revelation 12 in context
Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Verse 12:8 says the powers that troubled heaven could not prevail, and their place was no longer found there; this points to inner shifts in consciousness as the true battlefield.
Neville's Inner Vision
All that you call 'dragons' and their angels are states of consciousness contending for space in your mind's heaven. Heaven is not a distant sky; it is your present I AM, your living awareness. When you refuse to feed those fears with attention and you stand in the assumption of your wish fulfilled, the old powers lose their grip and are displaced from the sky of your mind. The dragon cannot prevail because you have become the place where all images originate; as you dwell in the new state, there is no room for their narrative. The exile of these powers is a return to your true sovereignty, not punishment; it is a returning to the center of consciousness where you determine what exists. The moment you persist in the feeling of the wish fulfilled, you enact the inner victory that Revelation describes, and the outward scene follows your inward decree.
Practice This Now
Assume the new state now by resting in I AM and feeling the wish fulfilled. Revise any lingering fear by declaring it has no place in your heaven and let the feeling of realization wash over you.
