Inner Victory Through Testimony

Revelation 12:11-12 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Revelation 12 in context

Scripture Focus

11And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
12Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
Revelation 12:11-12

Biblical Context

Revelation 12:11-12 says the faithful overcome by the Lamb's blood, by their testimony, and by not clinging to life; heaven rejoices while the old adversary is cast down.

Neville's Inner Vision

Within you, the 'blood of the Lamb' is the living Christ in consciousness—the awareness that you are the I AM, not a separate self. The 'word of their testimony' is the unwavering inner declaration of that divine identity. When you inhabit this state, there is no outer battle; the foe loses its power because it is a misperception, not reality. The 'devil' reduced to wrath with a 'short time' dissolves as you persist in the true image of yourself. To overcome is to refuse identification with mortal fear or lack and to testify from the depths of your being to your divine nature. Let the sacred life flow through you now, and know your heaven is an abiding awareness that you are more than body or circumstance.

Practice This Now

Practice: close your eyes, place a hand on your chest, and repeat, I am the Lamb within; I am the living Christ here and now. Stay with the feeling until the sense of victory is your immediate experience.
