Clouds of Revelation Within

Revelation 1:7 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Revelation 1 in context

Scripture Focus

7Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.
Revelation 1:7

Biblical Context

The verse presents an inner coming of God, seen by the I AM within and by the awakened consciousness; it is not a future spectacle. The pierced self and the earth’s kindreds symbolize old separations dissolving as awareness recognizes unity.

Neville's Inner Vision

To Neville, Revelation 1:7 speaks of the interior coming of God, not a thunderous external event. The clouds are your passing thoughts, the screens of belief that veil your native I AM. When you fix your attention on the I AM, every eye—your entire consciousness—witnesses the Christ within, and the apparent outer world reflects this inner discovery. The lines about those who pierced Him point to the old image of separation—your past identification with lack, limitation, and fear. Their wound is healed by the realization that the one Life is indivisible, and your inner kindreds awaken to unity. The wailing of the earth represents the relinquishment of the old dream; as you persist in the I AM, the kingdom within asserts itself as present reality. The Coming is now, because you are always the Awareness in which forms appear.

Practice This Now

Imaginative_act: Close your eyes and assume the state 'I AM.' Visualize thoughts gathering as clouds, then fade, and feel the inner eye clearly seeing the Christ within this moment.
