'Thou dost establish equity' means you align your inner dispositions until your outward conditions reflect fairness and balance. 'Thou executest judgment and righteousness in Jacob' points to your inner self (Jacob as the root of your being) acting with integrity, correcting alignments, and manifesting harmony where there was confusion. The verse invites you to dwell in the feeling that your thoughts and feelings are the lawgiver, and the laws they enact retain fairness and truth. So, revision and feeling-as-if become the way you awaken this kingly governance in present experience. When you assume this state, you stop producing results from fear and scarcity and begin to see a life ordered by justice and love.
