The Heavens Declare Glory Within

Psalms 97:6 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Psalms 97 in context

Scripture Focus

6The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory.
Psalms 97:6

Biblical Context

The verse declares that the heavens testify to righteousness and that all perceive his glory. It points to an inner witness that becomes visible in the world when one lives from inner righteousness.

Neville's Inner Vision

Think of the heavens not as a distant cosmos, but as the sky of your own consciousness, forever declaring what you believe about yourself. When you accept that righteousness and glory are not trophies earned by effort but states of awareness you inhabit, the inner heavens respond. The verse says 'the heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory.' In practical terms, this means your inner report of self-worth becomes the outer scene you encounter. If you entertain a feeling of separation, weakness, or lack, you will receive a world that echoes that belief. If, instead, you affirm, 'I am the righteousness of God,' 'I am radiant with divine glory,' you awaken a luminosity in your surroundings; people will reflect that radiance back to you. The watchword is presence: dwell in the I AM and let it outshine doubt. Do not chase outcomes; revise the sense of self until the world begins to align. The sky of your mind will visibly glow, and the 'people' will recognize the glory you have already assumed in imagination and feeling.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes, breathe, and declare I AM the righteousness of God now while feeling warmth in the chest; sit with the sensation for a few minutes, then step into the day acting as though others are reflecting your inner glory. Do this daily until the outer world becomes the mirror of your inner crest.
