Biblical Context

Psalm 96:11-13 invites all creation to rejoice before the Lord. He comes to judge the earth with righteousness and truth.

Neville's Inner Vision

Beloved, you are not observing distant events; you are the I AM in whom the heavens rejoice and the sea roars. When you imagine the world glad, you are aligning with a consciousness that the coming of the Lord—your own higher judgment—has arrived in truth. This is not a threat but a calling: your fidelity to what is true, just, and constant becomes the law by which life is lived. In this light, judgment becomes a healing verdict, clearing shadows by the radiance of awareness. As you dwell in that sense, every scene around you mirrors your inner commitment to truth and accountability. The outer world simply reflects your inner state; you are being judged by the measure you accept as real, and you judge others by the same measure. Rejoicing creation is the sign that your inner world is aligned with righteousness and faithfulness, and your life then flows in harmony with that divine verdict.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and adopt the assumption: I am the heavens rejoicing; I am the earth glad. Feel this as a present inner state and let it revise fear into faith.
