To say 'the LORD reigns' is to acknowledge that the I AM within you is sovereign over every thought and impulse. When you treat your awareness as king, the 'world'—your circumstances—will settle and remain unmoved because you are no longer a slave to moods but an observer who chooses the nature of the stage. The phrase 'he shall judge the people righteously' is the inner discernment of consciousness that sorts thoughts and moves events with orderly, ethical force. There is no distant judge; the judgment is the lawful function of your own I AM, returning you to your true alignment. Your work is to assume that this divine government already rules in you, and to feel its steady order in the chest, the breath, and the day. Practice: declare, 'The Lord reigns in me; my world remains established and unmoved,' and dwell in the feeling of the wish fulfilled until it feels natural as your breathing.
