Read Psalms 92 in context

Scripture Focus

13Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God.
14They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing;
15To shew that the LORD is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.
Psalms 92:13-15

Biblical Context

The Psalm speaks of those rooted in God’s presence prospering within His realm and bearing fruit even in old age, while affirming God’s uprightness and steadfastness.

Neville's Inner Vision

To the inner reader, these verses are not about geography but about your state of consciousness. 'Planted in the house of the LORD' means you are established in awareness—the I AM that you are right now. When you occupy that inner temple, you will flourish in the courts of your God, not by external conditions but by your own imaginative life, the inner weather you lend your attention to. The old age of the body becomes a trivial matter; fruit is produced by steady faith and feeling, not by length of years. The LORD is upright; He is your rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him. So, claim that your mind is perfectly aligned with divine truth, an unshakable foundation. In this state of awareness you are both judge and witness of your reality, and every movement of imagination reveals goodness and stability. The apparent lack or trouble dissolves when you remember your true nature as the I AM, the rock that cannot be moved. You are the living proof of a God who is right, present, and always fruitful.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and imagine roots growing from your spine into a radiant inner temple; affirm, 'I am planted in the house of the LORD; I flourish in His courts; there is no unrighteousness in Him.'
