Biblical Context
If you align your life with the divine presence, you will thrive within God's inner realm. The outer flourishing follows from an inner rootedness.
Neville's Inner Vision
The verse speaks not of a distant physical planting, but of a state of consciousness. 'Planted in the house of the LORD' signifies a fixed, confident awareness within the I AM—the living presence you truly are. When you accept that you are already in this house, your mental soil becomes fertile; you begin to flourish within the courts of your God—the inner atmosphere where the law of consciousness operates. Nothing in the outer world creates your wealth of life; it unfolds from the interior alignment and steady faith that you are gently held by the divine, now. The 'courts' are the arenas of experience—your thoughts, feelings, relationships, and circumstances—illuminated by the light of awareness. To practice, assume the truth of this placement and revise any sense of separation. Imagination is the instrument; I AM is the form. As you dwell fully in this inner house, the outward conditions reflect your inner standing, and flourishing becomes your natural state as a child of God.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume, 'I am planted in the house of the LORD; I flourish in the courts of my God.' Hold that feeling as true now for five minutes.
