If fear whispers, revise the scene: assume you are already protected here and now. Feel the sensation of being sheltered as a fact of your I AM, not a wish. Let the imagination create this environment; your awareness returns to the center where you know you are loved, guided, and safe. Let the practice be simple: whenever you breathe, imagine a warm veil settling over you, a sign that you are held. Do not plead; simply acknowledge this truth and watch your life align with it.
