The I AM, your true awareness, does not seek mercy from without; it unfolds mercy from within by consistently returning to the assumption that this mercy exists and is yours to yield. Likewise, faithfulness is not a future achievement but a present posture you inhabit. The verse is an invitation to dwell in that completed state, letting the inner heaven breathe life into your external world.
