Neville's Inner Vision

Beloved, when I contemplate Psalm 89:12, I do not see distant lands; I see my own states of consciousness created by the I AM. The north and the south are the poles of my mind—two movements of attention—ordered by the divine NAME. The line about Tabor and Hermon is not about geography but about the high places of my awareness; when I honor the I AM as the governing principle, these inner mountains rejoice. God’s name is the I AM, the very sense of being, and as I permit that awareness to govern every thought, fixed ideas and desires rise in harmony with purpose. Creation and order are my internal weather; nothing is missing, only the realization that I am the creator and the ground of celebration. When I live from the realization that I am that NAME, the inner landscape centers, and life moves in accord with the divine will.

Practice This Now

Imaginative Act: Assume you are the I AM that created north and south. Feel the inner mountains rejoice in that Name and dwell in the sense of divine order for a moment.
