Chosen Zion Within
Psalms 78:67-72 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
God chooses Judah and Zion, establishes a sanctuary, and lifts David from the sheepfold to shepherd Israel. The inner reading sees this as the soul's choice of a royal consciousness, fed by integrity and guided by practiced craft.
Neville's Inner Vision
I witness not a distant land but the moment my I AM turns to a chosen disposition. God refuses the tabernacle of Joseph to reveal the inner preference: Zion is chosen, and a sanctuary arises within me as a palace established forever in mind. I see David drawn from the sheepfolds, now feeding Jacob and Israel—my inner people—by the integrity of my heart and by the skilfulness of my hands. When I dwell in Zion, perception and action align; I am fed by the inner law of truth, not by circumstance. The 'sheepfolds' become the training ground of my faculties, and leadership arises as a function of consciousness, not of fate. The practical meaning is this: assume that I am the chosen one, that the sanctuary and the king are established now inside me, and feel the guidance and provisioning flowing from that inner state.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume: I am the chosen Zion within; feel the sanctuary built by awareness and David feeding my inner people with integrity and skilled hands. Rest in that feeling until it becomes my normal sense of being.
