Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
God guides his people like sheep through the wilderness, granting safety and direction. He brings them to the edge of sanctuary and to their divinely allotted inheritance.
Neville's Inner Vision
In the Neville lens, the shepherd is your I AM, the flock your states of consciousness. The wilderness is the mind that has not yet realized its unity with that I AM. To be led safely and fear not is to know that you are guided by a consciousness that cannot falter, even when the seas of doubt rise. The sea swallowing enemies is fear dissolved by the unwavering conviction that you are governed from within. The border of his sanctuary, the mountain purchased by his right hand, marks the inner realization that your state of awareness has a sacred geography, secured by your persistent assumption. Casting out the heathen before you is the clearing of old, non-creative beliefs from your inner terrain; inheritance by line is the precise setting of boundaries in imagination so the new state can dwell in your field. The tribes dwelling in their tents symbolize the many aspects of self now living in the peace of this awareness. Practice now: assume you are led by I AM and feel the truth of your sanctuary forming around you; act as if your inheritance is already yours.
Practice This Now
Assume you are led by the I AM through every circumstance, and revise fear as already overcome. Then feel it real by imagining the sanctuary surrounding you and your rightful inheritance taking shape.
