Inner Salvation Through I AM

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Psalm 78:21-22 records that God's anger arose because the people did not believe in God or trust in his salvation.
Neville's Inner Vision
Psalm 78:21-22 reveals that the fire and anger arise not from an angry God outside, but from the mind when I forget that God is I AM within. Jacob and Israel symbolize the two states of consciousness within me—the awakened I AM and the doubting ego that resists salvation. When I believe not in God, I am choosing to trust in a lack, and the inner flame grows as if wrath against my own effort. Yet salvation is not distant; it is the immediate recognition that God is I AM here, now. By abiding in that awareness, the inner fire loses fuel, and the agitation softens into a steady calm. Imagination is the instrument by which I live—belief is the act of assuming what is true in the present moment. So I revise the scene: I claim, 'God is I AM; salvation is mine in this very moment.' When I feel that, the sense of separation dissolves, and the inner kingdom awakens to its rightful reign.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and repeat: 'God is I AM; salvation is mine now,' feeling the truth until it saturates your consciousness. Hold that assumption for a few breaths and let it recolor your sense of self.
