The verse tells you that upon recognizing the presence of the I AM, the inner waters 'saw' God and trembled—the subconscious stirs before the mighty presence within. The clouds pour and the skies sound, and arrows go forth—these are your thoughts and perceptions moving with divine purpose. The thunder in the heaven, the lightnings that brighten the inner night, the earth that trembles—these reveal the power you mobilize by your state of consciousness. Neville would say: do not search the heavens for signs, but realize you ARE the sign. When you assume the unchanging I AM as the sole reality, the external weather aligns with your inner decree.
