Inner Time and Seasons Unfolding

Psalms 74:16-17 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Psalms 74 in context

Scripture Focus

16The day is thine, the night also is thine: thou hast prepared the light and the sun.
17Thou hast set all the borders of the earth: thou hast made summer and winter.
Psalms 74:16-17

Biblical Context

God controls day and night, light and sun; He also ordains the borders of the earth and the seasons.

Neville's Inner Vision

The verse is not a remote meteorological decree but a map of your inner life. The day and night are the I AM's movements in your awareness, the light you awaken to, and the sun you illuminate in your mind. The borders of the earth are the mental boundaries you have accepted, and summer and winter are the rhythmic moods of your consciousness. When you rest in the awareness that all time is within you, you stop projecting scarcity onto an external clock and begin to reorder your world from within. Assume that the I AM is the source of every appearance, and feel it as present power: you set the borders, you dial the temperature, you invite the season to shift in response to your inner state. Practice imagining both day and night as radiance flowing from your chest, and revise any sense of separation by affirming, I AM the ruler of all that is seen. In that revision, the outer world follows the inner alignment.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and say, 'I AM the source of all time.' Then imagine a sun rising in your chest and a moon softly glowing there; feel the land, sea, and sky of your life rearranging to reflect your inner order.
