Awakened Inner King Power

Psalms 74:11-12 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Psalms 74 in context

Scripture Focus

11Why withdrawest thou thy hand, even thy right hand? pluck it out of thy bosom.
12For God is my King of old, working salvation in the midst of the earth.
Psalms 74:11-12

Biblical Context

The lines reckon with a seeming withdrawal of divine aid. They affirm that the true power remains within as the timeless king who brings salvation here and now.

Neville's Inner Vision

Verse 11 asks why you withhold your hand—the power of your I AM. You have imagined some distant God, a hand hidden in the heavens; but Psalmist declares the right hand is already within you. To pluck it out of thy bosom is to bring forth the power you have been withholding by habit and fear. When you accept that God is my King of old, you acknowledge a sovereignty that does not age or fade; it is the present I AM, the ever-knowing self that acts now. Salvation is not a future rescue but a working in the midst of your earth, a change in your inner state that manifests as outer outcomes. In this light, every problem becomes a movement of consciousness, a signal that invites you to re-occupy the throne of your own mind. The Kingdom of God then is not distant; it is your own awareness in action, your right hand released to fulfill the inner decree.

Practice This Now

Assume the I AM is king now, feel the right hand of power rise within your chest, and declare Salvation is mine now.
