Hence, the moment you declare, 'God is good to me now,' you are not flattering the divine; you are reconstituting your state of consciousness to correspond with it. The 'Israel' you are meant to rule is the inner sovereignty that governs your experiences. By choosing a clean heart, you choose clarity, and from that clarity, mercy, grace, and favorable conditions unfold as a natural expression of your I AM.
