The verse speaks of the righteous flourishing and abundant peace. It suggests peace remains as long as cycles endure.
Neville's Inner Vision
To the awakened mind, 'the righteous' is not a person apart but a state of consciousness that has learned to heed the I AM within. 'In his days' marks the moment when alignment with God—the awareness of I AM—governs the scene; not by external effort but by inner assumption. When you dwell in the feeling of being guided, protected, and abundantly provided, the inner movements naturally shape conditions that reflect flourishing—health, clarity, prosperity, harmony. 'Abundance of peace' is the natural atmosphere of a consciousness at rest in God; it does not arrive later but is made real now by your imaginative act. The line 'so long as the moon endureth' nudges us to recognize rhythm and constancy: as you persist in the desired state, peace becomes a lasting pattern, a rhythm that outlives transient doubt. Remember: God is the I AM within you; your imagination is the instrument through which you birth that reality. The outer world is the echo of your inner decree when faithfully maintained.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume the state of the flourishing righteous now, feeling abundant peace filling your chest. Hold that feeling for a minute, and if doubt arises, revise it with: There is only peace and flourishing in me now.
