Psalms 68:11-12

Biblical Context

Psalm 68:11-12 speaks of God's word going forth and a great company who publish it. When the inner decree is proclaimed in consciousness, external triumph follows.

Neville's Inner Vision

Think of the Lord as your I AM—the shining awareness that gives the word to be spoken within. The verse is not about armies and spoils out there, but about the inner declaration and the company you assemble in mind to publish it. The 'word' is a living assumption released by you into the vibrational atmosphere of your soul; as you entertain it, the multitude of states—faith, courage, patience, gratitude—come forth to publish that decree. When these states move, the 'Kings of armies' flee: fear, doubt, and limitation collapse back into nothing. The one who 'tarried at home' represents the old, unsettled self who hesitates to move in alignment with the decree; but as you persist, she divides the spoils—good news, opportunities, and results—by your new inner agreement. Thus, the victory is not out there, but in the active inner word you have spoken and re-spoken until it becomes your dominant reality.

Practice This Now

Sit quietly, revise the decree, and feel the inner army moving as if the victory is already yours. Then carry that feeling through the day.
