To thee shall the vow be performed means you pledge to inhabit a fixed state of consciousness and to live from that reality. O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come signals that every fragment of your self returns to the one within who hears; your petitions are heard by your own inner I AM. Iniquities prevail against me; as for our transgressions, thou shalt purge them away becomes the insight that faulty beliefs dissolve when you realize you are one with God. Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts denotes choosing the inner state and dwelling in its sanctuary, nourished by its abundance. By terrible things in righteousness wilt thou answer us declares that steadfast mental acts answer with certainty. God of our salvation; confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of them that are afar off upon the sea, is your eternal Self, the I AM that binds all. You are not waiting; you are becoming the reality of His blessed house.
