Biblical Context
Trust in God at all times and pour out your heart before Him. He is your refuge in every moment.
Neville's Inner Vision
Verse 62:8 invites you to awaken to the I AM within. When you say 'trust in Him at all times,' you are not petitioning a distant god but entering a state of consciousness you already are. The 'Him' is the steadfast awareness that simply notices, supports, and remains unmoved by appearances. To 'pour out your heart before Him' is to speak your inner weather to the I AM, naming fear, longing, or pride, and allowing the sovereign presence to absorb them in understanding, not in doubt. 'God is a refuge' means the refuge is the constant sense of self you can feel right now—the shelter of awareness that does not depart with circumstances. Practice is in the revision of your state: assume safety now; feel the inner refuge as real; and let impressions of danger fade as you rest in awareness. Imagination creates reality: by dwelling in this assured state, your outer life follows, and trust becomes your habitual world.
Practice This Now
Sit quietly and declare, 'I am under the shelter of the I AM; I trust at all times.' Visualize pouring your heart to this inner presence, then sense the calm encircling you as you rest in that refuge.
