Psalm 60 Inner Return
Psalms 60:1-5 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The psalm voices a felt separation and trouble—God casts off, the earth trembles. It petitions a return, healing, and deliverance through the truth and steadfast love.
Neville's Inner Vision
In the psalm the call is not addressed to a distant deity but to the I AM that you truly are. The sense of being cast off and the earth that trembles are inner moves of consciousness, reactions of attention when you forget your unity with the truth. You drink the wine of astonishment only while you imagine yourself separate from the source of your power. The banner given to those who fear thee is your steady conviction that truth is already operating in your life; when you hold that banner, it is displayed visibly as your days shift. The cry that thy beloved may be delivered and saved by thy right hand is the recognition that your inner self—your glorified I AM—can and will act right now. The healing of breaches comes by turning your attention back to the one reality within you and assuming the feeling of the fulfilled desire. Do not seek rescue outside; revise your state, feel the truth as present, and allow the right hand of power to complete the deliverance in imagination.
Practice This Now
Assume the state I AM turning toward me now. Feel the relief as the right hand acts and the banner of truth unfurls in your life.
