Neville's Inner Vision
Notice that the speaker does not petition for rescue from without, but takes a position in consciousness: I will freely sacrifice unto thee; I will praise thy name. In Neville’s world, sacrifice of the old self and the act of praise are acts of alignment with the I AM, the living awareness you are. When the verse says, For he hath delivered me out of all trouble, it speaks not of a physical deliverer, but of a mind that no longer lives under the tyranny of fear, doubt, or external threat. The eye that has seen his desire upon mine enemies is the inner eye recognizing the will of God manifesting in all appearances, even those you once called enemies. This is the moment when inner movement becomes outward form: gratitude precedes the outcome; praise becomes the power that transforms conditions. The deliverance is an inner emancipation, a shift of identification from lack to wholeness, until what once troubled you now serves the you who sees through the I AM’s design. Your world reflects your alignment; your enemies become teachers of the divine plan.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes, breathe, and declare in present tense: 'I freely sacrifice unto Thee; I praise Thy name, O LORD; for it is good.' Feel the relief unfold as if a curtain lifts, and see the I AM’s will shining through every situation, even those appearing as foes.
