Psalm 49:11-13 presents the dream that houses endure forever and lands bear the family name through generations. Yet the text declares that to be in honour is not lasting; such form perishes like the beasts. In the Neville Goddard mode, the outer world is but the echo of an inner state. If you anchor your sense of security in property or lineage, you are imagining permanence into a temporary form. The folly lies in treating a name on a map as your real estate. Your true and lasting kingdom is the I AM within, the consciousness that never dies. By choosing and assuming the condition of that inner ruler, you revise the story you tell about yourself. When the inner state affirms: I endow all with lasting worth by the reality of my inner presence, the outer appearances rearrange to reflect wealth of spirit rather than wealth of land. Do not fear the lapse of outward honours; hold fast to the indestructible sense of self that dwells in awareness. In that shift, posterity becomes witnesses to your inner wealth, not the measure of your former name.
