Neville's Inner Vision

Verse 4 invites us to observe a procession of kings moving through the mind. The kings are states of consciousness—will, fear, faith, desire, conviction—gathered in one place. When you imagine them assembled and passing by together, you are not watching a distant event; you are witnessing your self-made authority stepping into view. In Neville’s practice this is an inner drama in which you choose the ruling state and dwell there until the others recede. The passage does not condemn you; it reveals that your kingdom already exists in awareness and only awaits your revised assumption to stand revealed. The kings’ movement together symbolizes the alignment of your inner government; as you maintain the I AM and the felt sense of the wish fulfilled, the pass-by becomes a parade of empowerment rather than a threat. Remember: God is the I AM within you, and imagination is the doorway. Through persistent feeling it real, the inner assembly manifests as outer order.
