All Scripture speaks of states of consciousness; the reproach in this psalm is not a historical indictment but an inner condition. When you feel mocked by neighbors, you are sensing a fracture in your own I AM, a belief in separation from the Whole. The cure is not to persuade others, but to rearrange your inner assumption. Imagine the world as a reflection of your inner state: if you know yourself as beloved, one with the source, the surrounding derision loses its grip. See that the 'neighbors' are projections of your own thoughts about inadequacy; the derision is a signal to revise. In your inner court, claim unity, approval, and harmony, and let that feeling radiate outward. As you dwell in the consciousness that you are already God-made, your outer scene responds with less hostility and more fellowship. Remember: God is the I AM within you, and imagination creates reality; by re-conceiving yourself as whole, your external reproach fades into a gentle, welcoming grace.
