Imagination Reframes the Wicked Plot
Psalms 37:12 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Biblical Context
Wicked people plot against the just and gnash their teeth, a vivid image of hostile outer forces. Yet the psalm invites us to see these events as reflections of inner states, not external realities.
Neville's Inner Vision
Whenever you hear the cry of the world—the plots against the just, the teeth gnashing of others—know that you are listening to a projection of your own consciousness. The 'wicked' are not separate beings but any stubborn thought-forms that resist your true nature. The 'just' is your I AM—your sovereign awareness—quietly present regardless of circumstance. When you identify with outer strife, you experience fear, judgment, and struggle; when you identify with the inner I AM, those fears dissolve, and the inner order of your world is restored. The apparent plots against you arise to wake you to the truth that you have given power to images in your mind. Reframe them by assuming the state in which they do not impede you. See what you want as already real in your consciousness, and watch as the outer situation rearranges to reflect that inner reality. The gnashing teeth become the resistance of old beliefs being cut away by your new, centred awareness. You are not in bondage to an external plot; you are the I AM witnessing its play and choosing a more noble scene.
Practice This Now
Sit quietly, declare 'I AM the just now' and feel that state as real. Revise the perceived plot as a mental image dissolving in light, letting inner peace become your reality.
