Fear, Seek, and Abundant Provision

Psalms 34:9-10 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Psalms 34 in context

Scripture Focus

9O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him.
10The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.
Psalms 34:9-10

Biblical Context

Psalm 34:9-10 states that those who fear the LORD have no want. The contrast with the hungry lions highlights that those who seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.

Neville's Inner Vision

From the Neville lens, fear of the LORD is not dread but alignment with the I AM, the living presence you already are. When you identify with that Presence, you awaken to the truth that there is no lack for the one who seeks the LORD within. The hungry lions symbolize the old dream of separation, the belief that you are apart from supply. But the moment you turn your attention to the I AM, you enter a state in which every good thing is available now, for provision is a function of consciousness, not a distant event. Your longing for food, shelter, or guidance is fulfilled as you dwell in the knowing I AM, which does the supplying. The verse invites you to practice a daily revision: assume you are already living under divine care, feel the reality of abundance, and persist in that inner stance until it feels natural.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and declare, 'I am the I AM, and there is no lack.' Then imagine yourself already provided for and feel that ease for 5–10 minutes.
