Neville's Inner Vision
Beloved, the 'children' are states of consciousness listening to the I AM within. The teacher is your own higher self, the living awareness that governs all your experiences. To 'fear the LORD' is to honor the life-giving force that dwells in you, the reverence you hold for the divine I AM. When the verse asks, 'What man is he that desireth life...?' it is prompting you to choose vitality by favoring truth over fear and by cultivating thoughts that bless rather than curse. 'Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile' translates to guarding the inner dialogue and choosing words that reflect the integrity of your true nature. 'Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it' becomes a deliberate practice in consciousness: turn away from discord and align with peace, allowing it to rule your inner weather and then show up in your world. Remember: the kingdom you seek is enacted first within, by imagination, belief, and persistent reverence for the I AM.
Practice This Now
Imaginative act: For the next five minutes, assume the role of the inner teacher and revise every thought to be true, kind, and life-affirming; feel the peace as though it already is.
