Notice that the Psalm does not speak of distant actions of God but of the living consciousness you are. 'The word of the LORD is right' points to a steadfast state of awareness that cannot bend to fear or confusion. When you inhabit the I AM—your inner Word—you align every outward occurrence with truth, for 'all his works are done in truth.' The earth's fullness is not a separate creation, but the expression of your inner climate—righteousness and judgment, the very nature of Justice within you. 'By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth' becomes, for the man or woman who asks, a description of imagination as creative power. The heavens are the ordered pictures of your I AM breath—your thoughts spoken and felt into form. So the practice is to dwell in the conviction that you are that Word: right, true, and potent to fashion reality. When you revise a belief by assuming the opposite until it feels true, you are breathing the heavens into your life. Feel the shift: order unfolding from within.
