Scripture Focus

10The LORD sitteth upon the flood; yea, the LORD sitteth King for ever.
11The LORD will give strength unto his people; the LORD will bless his people with peace.
Psalms 29:10-11

Biblical Context

God is the eternal king seated above the chaos. He promises strength and peace to His people.

Neville's Inner Vision

Envision the LORD as the I AM within you, seated on the flood of your restless thoughts. The LORD sits King forever in the arena of your awareness. The storms that rise in your life are waves in your imagination, not the measure of your being. Your real self is the calm throne of consciousness where this eternal King reigns without end. Strength and peace flow to you as you acknowledge inner sovereignty rather than hoping for outer change. When you affirm, 'I am the I AM,' you authorize the truth that you are the instrument through which power and serenity circulate. God’s promise is not a future event; it is the present state you cultivate by consent—the solid foundation beneath all experience. Dwell there in that kingship long enough, and the outward world begins to reflect the inward order you have established.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: Close your eyes, breathe, and for five minutes assume the state 'I AM' as king seated above the flood. Feel the strength and peace settling into every cell as you dwell in that inner sovereignty.
