Scripture Focus

1Judge me, O LORD; for I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted also in the LORD; therefore I shall not slide.
Psalms 26:1

Biblical Context

David asks for judgment while affirming his integrity and trust in the LORD. He proclaims that such inner alignment guarantees he will not slide.

Neville's Inner Vision

I do not seek to alter God's plan by mere words; I seek to align my inner state with the truth of being. When Psalms 26:1 speaks of being judged by the LORD, it is the I AM within me that judges the state I have chosen to inhabit. Walking in integrity becomes not a rule to enforce upon others, but a vivid inner condition—an unwavering consistency of thoughts, acts, and promises kept. Trust in the LORD is the inner confidence that the I AM responds to my declarations, not from outside, but through the resonance of my own awareness. Because I dwell in that state, fear of slipping drops away and I perceive steadiness as a natural outcome, not a miracle. The verse teaches persistence: remain in the inner posture until the outer life mirrors the truth you have already imagined. In this way, the external world is but a visible fruit of the inner conviction.
