Biblical Context
Psalm 25:3-5 speaks of those who wait on the Lord without shame, asking Him to reveal His ways and lead them in truth; salvation is found in this inner direction and trust. The passage invites a steady, conscious posture of listening and being led by inner guidance.
Neville's Inner Vision
Psalm 25:3-5 becomes a map of consciousness. Waiting on the Lord is not passive; it is alignment with the I AM, the indwelling awareness that already knows the path. When you say, Show me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths, you declare readiness to be instructed by the inner teacher—the still, small voice guiding your decisions. Lead me in thy truth, and teach me, for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day. The God of my salvation is the I AM within; salvation is the renewal of perception by recognizing your true nature and your right to be guided. Therefore, wait with the assurance that the right impression, the right choice, and the right opportunity exist in your present state of consciousness. If fear arises, revise: 'I now hold the vision of being led by inner truth.' Your shame dissolves as you realize you are always supported by the I AM; you are not seeking a change of God outside you, but a waking of your awareness. In this light, every moment becomes a doorway to truth and a path that leads you home.
