Read Psalms 24 in context

Scripture Focus

8Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle.
9Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
10Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah.
Psalms 24:8-10

Biblical Context

The psalm asks who the King of glory is and answers that the LORD, strong and mighty in battle, will come in when the gates are opened.

Neville's Inner Vision

The psalm presents not a history of battles but a declaration of your inner kingdom. The 'King of glory' is the I AM inside you—the LORD strong and mighty, who conquers every fear and limitation from within. The 'LORD of hosts' is your own faculties yoked in harmony when you assume a definite state of consciousness. 'Who is this King of glory?' is answered by the immediate realization that you are the ruler in whom all events take place. When you lift the gates of your mind, you invite this Presence to enter and govern your life. This is true worship: acknowledge that God, the I AM, is present here and now, shaping perception and experience from within.

Practice This Now

Assume now that you are the King of Glory present within you; feel the gates of your mind open and the Presence come in. Rest in the conviction that the I AM reigns in you and manifests as harmony and victory.
