To the inner listener, this verse is not about external favors but about states of consciousness. The LORD is not a distant sky but the I AM, the living awareness within you. 'He shall receive' means you align with the end you desire and let your awareness claim it as already yours. The blessing from the LORD is the felt sense of supply, safety, and stance of favor that arises when you dwell in gratitude and calm trust. The 'righteousness' from the God of salvation is your right standing in consciousness— a justice that comes from living as the consciousness that God is; it is not earned by works, but recognized as what you are when you behold the self as loved, protected, and provided-for. In practical terms, you do not chase blessing; you close your eyes and imagine the I AM affirming your blessing, and you revise any sense of lack until it feels inevitable. The verse invites you to live from the end: you are blessed, you are righteous, because your life is God expressing.
