Psalms 24:3-5 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Psalms 24 in context

Scripture Focus

3Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?
4He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.
5He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
Psalms 24:3-5

Biblical Context

The psalm identifies ascent with inner integrity: clean hands and a pure heart, avoiding vanity and deceit. Those who meet this inner standard receive the Lord's blessing and righteousness.

Neville's Inner Vision

Beloved, the hill of the LORD is a state of consciousness you inhabit, not a geographic peak. When you ask, 'Who shall ascend?' the answer becomes a confession you utter inwardly: I stand in the awareness that I AM. Clean hands are clean thoughts and deeds—no trace of vanity, no compulsion to deceit. A pure heart is a motive aligned with truth and love, not with personal gain or image. To lift the soul unto vanity is to mistake your identity for the image you project, and to deny the living reality of your I AM. If you persist in honesty, you remain in the holy place within. The blessing you seek is not earned by effort but realized by alignment; righteousness is the natural fruit of abiding in the consciousness that God, the I AM, saves and sustains you. Your outer life follows your inner conviction, for imagination forms reality, and you are already blessed, righteous, and saved by the God of your inner waking.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume the state of purity: I am the I AM, standing on the holy hill. Feel the blessing and righteousness as already mine, right now.
