In this view, the word done is a completed inner act. All events in your life are movements of consciousness, and this verse invites you to prefigure the testimony in your own soul. When you assume, feel, and dwell in the reality that righteousness is present now, you awaken that new 'born' community—the traits, decisions, and circumstances that reflect that truth.
