Neville's Inner Vision
Imagine the psalm as a doorway into your own inner life. 'They shall come and declare his righteousness' is not about others in time, but about the state of consciousness that will emerge when you attend to the I AM within. A future people is a future expression of your present belief; 'unto a people that shall be born' points to a renewed state of being that arises when you stop looking to conditions and begin testifying from the conviction that God’s righteousness is already done. In this view, the word done is a completed inner act. All events in your life are movements of consciousness, and this verse invites you to prefigure the testimony in your own soul. When you assume, feel, and dwell in the reality that righteousness is present now, you awaken that new 'born' community—the traits, decisions, and circumstances that reflect that truth. Your world becomes a living declaration that life aligns with justice, mercy, and faithfulness; the future 'they' are simply the now-formed you proclaiming what you have already done inwardly.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and say, 'I am the righteousness God declares.' Feel this as a living fact in your chest until it outshines any doubt, then imagine the born people stepping forth to witness what you have already done within.
