Psalms 2:7-8

Biblical Context

The psalm proclaims a divine decree: the Lord declares you are His Son this day, and invites you to ask for the nations as your inheritance.

Neville's Inner Vision

In the quiet of your consciousness, the decree is not a distant claim but the recognition of your true I AM. The Lord says to you, 'Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee,' which is the moment you awaken to your perfect identity. The invitation 'Ask of me' is the practical discipline of imagination: you revise the sense of separation by assuming the reality that you have already inherited the heathen and the ends of the earth within your own awareness. The inheritance is not a treasure to seek outside; it is your capacity to claim any scene of consciousness you desire, because all space and time are the field of your inner kingdom. When you feel and dwell in this decree, you release the inner movements that align your outer world with your crowned state. What you perceive as worlds and possessions are the product of your remembered and imagined I AM, not a future event but a present recognizing of who you are.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes, mentally declare 'I am the Son of God, begotten this day,' and revise any lack by imagining a single, concrete scene where you freely act within your inner realm and feel it as real.
