Inner Covenant of Trust

Psalms 2:12 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Psalms 2 in context

Scripture Focus

12Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.
Psalms 2:12

Biblical Context

Psalm 2:12 invites turning toward the inner Son with reverent trust; to kiss him is to yield to divine order within, and those who trust are blessed and preserved on their true path.

Neville's Inner Vision

Within you the Son is the living image of your unity with God. To kiss him is to consent to the right order of your consciousness, to align your entire being with the I AM that you are. The 'way' you fear is simply your own drift from this central truth; the moment you turn back to the Son, you return to your native home. Anger or threat in the verse is not a future judgment but the brief flare of a mind that has forgotten its source. The wrath, if any, is a temporary distortion, quickly cooled by trust. When you place your trust in him, you are blessed because you rest in the fact that you and the Father are one; you stop clinging to appearances and awaken to the reality that salvation is your natural state of consciousness. This is not obedience to a distant ruler, but a surrender to your own inner king, the Son within, whose light dissolves fear and reveals your true kingdom.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and imagine kissing the Son within. Say quietly, I trust You, I am one with the I AM, and I rest in this divine consciousness now.
